Hi, good day. I hope your doing well. I am writing this letter to raise my complain regarding for the deduction of my savings without my permission. I have been through a lot of struggles this week, my wife confined at the hospital due to dengue and that's the main reason why I returned late the exceed amount I supposed to withdraw. However, as a human with integrity I have no plan in not returning it, it's just my priority on that day is my wife. Now my concern is, is it rightful to deduct my savings without my permission? I know it's not right. And I know you know that it's not right. It just simply implify that my savings is not safe in your bank. I hope you will do an action for this. I am not making this as an issue, I am just here for security purpose of my savings. Thank you and I hope you understand.
