Hi, I requested a phone number change 9 days ago, and it still hasn't been processed. This delay is unacceptable, and I haven’t received any updates or communication about the status. Due to this issue, I’ve been unable to access my bank, which is linked to this number. The lack of timely support and poor communication is extremely disappointing. If this continues, I may seriously consider moving my savings to another bank that offers more reliable customer service.
