Philippine National Bank

I have a joint account with my wife in Batac branch.Since I opted to go digital so I can access anywhere then I have more problems with it. My wife needs to come with me to update the information and signatures. 1. When I am abroad my phone number is different than in the Philippines. When I try to access pnb does not send a confirmation because I think the number abroad is international number. 2 when I am in Philippines I have to go to the Pnb office to change the phone number again to get information about my joint account transaction. The old account not digital,and not the JOINT account I can access the information anywhere. So every time we go back abroad we have to go to the bank to change information and signature’s especially the phone numbers.The same thing is needed when we are in Philippines go back to the office of pnb. I would rather go non digital like before I can access the joint account anywhere.

Operationally inefficient. Definitely not customer- friendly
